All sales are final. Once items are shipped out, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Make sure to refer to any size charts on product page.

- Shipping 

Preorder: Please allow 5-6 weeks for production after preorder window has closed, production updates will be posted on the "Preorder Status" page and on Instagram @byizaku.

Premade: Ready to ship, all premade orders will go out within 48 hours.

Once an item is in the possession of the delivery service, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for import taxes.
